Preparation & Application

• Ensure wood is clean, dry, and free from dirt or previous coatings.
• Sand lightly if required and remove all dust before application.
• Stir well before use.
• Apply liberally with a lint-free cloth or brush, working along the grain.
• Allow oil to soak in for 15–20 minutes, then wipe away excess with a clean cloth.
• Apply 2–3 coats for best protection, allowing 6–10 hours between applications.
• Exterior furniture may require regular re-oiling to maintain finish.
• Coverage: approx. 8–10 sq. metres per litre depending on wood porosity.
• Clean brushes and cloths with white spirit immediately after use.

Precautions

• Oily cloths may self-combust – dispose of safely in a sealed metal container or soak in water before disposal.
• Use in a well-ventilated area.
• Wear suitable protective gloves and eye protection.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Store in a cool, dry place with the lid sealed.
• Always test on a small, inconspicuous area before full application.
